Parcels are typically processed by China Post, EMS, DHL, or Xoom. In all cases, we reserve the right to use different couriers depending on the exact contents of your parcel, the destination country, and the shipping prices available to us at the time of shipment. Defect Policy
All items are inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

14-Day Grace Period & EU Right of Withdrawal
For all non-customized and Made to Order products purchased online, there is a 14-day grace period. Return requests are handled via email at support@alduinsdakis.com. Within 14 days of delivery, you may return (at the customer’s expense) any unused and unopened items for a full refund of the item cost and standard shipping fees.

For European Union (EU) Residents: If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Unlike our standard return policy, you are legally permitted to open and inspect your items to establish their nature and characteristics.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email serves only as an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract will not be formed until we send confirmation by email that the goods ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email will be included in the contract.

(b) Pricing and Availability
While we endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be debited upon receiving authorization. Monies received upon debiting shall be treated as a deposit against the value of goods requested. Once the goods are dispatched and confirmation is sent, the deposit amount will be applied as consideration for the goods listed in the email.
